Western Saddle 15? in Nanaimo, British Columbia

15" western saddle. It wouldn't be considered as a show saddle, although It has a few bright accents and decorative stitching. It's in decent condition, but could perhaps use some cleaning / conditioning.
It was used for pleasure riding before we got it. We've been using it as decor in our home. We're selling it because we're moving and need to downsize
